Need-to-Know U.S. Codes:

Title 1 Statute 204 states:  
“the matter set forth in a main edition of the Code (together with its current supplement) establishes the law prima facie, except that the text of titles enacted into positive law is legal evidence of the law.”

Title 18:  “Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law” (using a “statute”, “policy”, “ordinance”, etc. that *appears* to be a law but in reality violates the person’s rights)

Title 42: “Conspiracy to Interfere with Civil Rights” (2 or more persons)

The United States Code is a consolidation of general & permanent laws compiled by The Office of Law Revision Counsel of The House of Representatives Sections of the code can also be found on websites such as FBI.gov.
